When Scott and Christian first decided to set up an Estate Agents business together they wanted to create and develop a brand that reflected their vision of Estate Agency in its purest form, delivering a personal, one to one service. No departments or call centres – just you and us !

Footprints: A long time ago when Christian’s Mum, Maureen was in hospital about to give birth to him, Christian’s Dad, Jon went to meet the estate agent at the new house he and his beautiful young wife were buying.

Jon was met by a very worried looking estate agent who pointed out the dozen or so “child’s footprint’s” in the cement on the driveway. Jon, who was an artist loved the quirky,  inopportune design, named the house Footprints and the rest is as they say, history. Christian lived happily at the property with his parents for the next 20 years.

So as you can probably guess, “Footprints” has created many happy memories and is very personal to us.
